Neural Notes Terms of Use

Public Beta Terms and Feedback. Neural Notes is currently in public beta. These terms may be revised as the service develops. We welcome all feedback on Neural Notes, which can be submitted via neuralnotesaiofficial@gmail.com.

Website Use License. Subject to your compliance with these terms, Neural Notes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use Neural Notes for non-commercial purposes.

Ownership of Content. You own the content you input on Neural Notes. Any rights in your input do not extend to generated output. You do not own any of Neural Notes’ underlying technology, AI models, or preexisting data, all of which are owned by Neural Notes or third parties.

Content Use License. You grant Neural Notes a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sub-licensable license to your inputs. This license permits Neural Notes to use, reproduce, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly or otherwise perform and display your inputs.

AI Training. As currently designed, Neural Notes does not use any user data (including inputs) for AI training. Should Neural Notes seek in the future to train AI models on user data, it will obtain separate and affirmative consent from users to do so. Third parties are prohibited from using Neural Notes content or user data for AI training.

Content Sharing. By using Neural Notes, you agree to allow other Neural Notes users to view, share, and/or interact with your inputs in accordance with your settings and these terms.

Representations and Warranties. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the license described above, and that your inputs, and Neural Notes’ use of your inputs, will not violate the rights of any person or entity.

Disclaimer. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Your use of Neural Notes is at your sole risk, and you agree Neural Notes is not responsible for any losses or claims arising from your use of the service.
